Who we are
ATC’s objective is to assist clients becoming more competitive through developing teams or individuals, improving organisational effectiveness, or co-developing their strategy. ATC operates at the conceptual level, ensuring the basics are right, but often delivers being close to where the action is, assisting in the implementation through training and hands-on coaching.
COMPETENCIES are the fuel we use to perform. Our core competencies reside within ATC, but we complement these by those of our partners to offer integrated solutions.
APPLICATION makes our competencies relevant to clients, typically in the private sector, but also in the public sector.
DEVELOPMENT has been a strong driver since the company set up in 1973. Roughly every five years ATC developed a new concept or approach, some were unique, others differentiated ATC from others working in the field.
EXPERIENCE was acquired by all professionals working with or for ATC prior to joining ATC teams. Some have an international outlook, whereas others grew their skills within their country.
SENSE OF DELIVERY is an attitude we appreciate and strive for; it often requires us to have a sense of urgency too. Some clients tell us this is called pragmatism and respect for deadlines.
