Counseling

Counseling is a co-operative exercise between our client and ourselves in which we openly discuss strengths and weaknesses of the organisation, the strategy and policy, the implementation programmes, or specific issues. Both our client and we ourselves are critical at all levels. Discussing together what works and what does not, and identifying the drivers, we envisage solutions that work in that specific environment. It is an exchange among equals in which each party brings different strengths.
Often, counseling appears unstructured, and develops in one-to-one sessions, of which the frequency is largely managed by our client.
