Strategy and business model development
Our Strategy Consulting practice focusses on developing ways to achieve clients' targets. In some cases the targets are developed as well, or are changed.
We look at what clients want and why (value-wise and cost-wise) to determine what our client can do to be preferred by clients. Most clients want value, but may not want to pay. Understanding how value is created in a business and its cost structure are key elements to deliver what clients want, which evolves over time. In 2005 very few "needed" a smartphone or a tablet. Making them available changed that behaviour.
Alternatives change us too and what we like. Once a network of secure bike-highways is finished, far more people use bikes to go to work. Bikes become alternatives for busses, trains, trams, but equally passenger cars.
