Self Management
Self Management helps co-workers to be more effective and/or efficiënt. It often consists of aspects where co-workers (including managers) are able to improve greatly independently. The source of improvement derives either from creativity or decision taking. This subject often draws on resources described elsewhere.
It helps to be convincing, to negotiate well, to inspire, to motivate, to be able to listen well, deal with intercultural situations, understand each other’s typology, understand objectives, manage time well, obtain feedback from others in order to improve, manage our own processes, and communicate assertively. Programmes are tailored to the organisations needs which may differ from client to client.
