Issue Verification

Clients often have well defined requests. In some cases, for instance in training, we get involved in the later stages of an internal process that requires our expertise to resolve outstanding issuesIt is important to understand the context, verify what the issues are, what scope the client considers and how our contribution fits.

Targeted solutions

First we need to know how to deliver in line with our clients' overall drive. Unless we understand what they want to achieve we can not deliver targeted solutions.

The right solution

Once we grasp their challenge, we will express the requirements we believe are required to achieve their ultimate objectives, rather than reacting literally to the request as it was presented. In some cases, for procedural reasons, we do both at the same time. In short, we propose the best solution for their

challenge and if what we propose deviates from the RFP, we discuss why.

Feedback never stops

During the delivery of our work, we keep providing feedback reporting on the real issues as they unfold and reflect on how to face these challenges, and on the work that needs to be done, either internally or externally. Our reporting does not limit itself to what we might be able to do for a client. We provide a full view, recognising that we do not always have all information available. In many cases clients share significantly more information during the execution of projects we do for them, making our feedback and our issue specification far more relevant to them. Many of our customers have also reformulated their requested solution over time in close co-ordination with us.
