Problem Solving
Does the requested solution help you?
Clients often approach us requesting a solution, for instance a training programme for a designated group of participants over a two-day period. If we discuss the background of the training and its objectives, we may find the solution they request from us valuable, but not the answer to their leading issues, and potentially major synchronization issues. The real solution may consist of clarifying what they want at a strategic and operational level, adapting the processes of the organisation to make that possible and once the first results touch the fabric of the organisation, train the designated group, potentially for only one day and maybe with a different programme.
Is it all you need?
Clients that want us to be a supplier of programmes know we can deliver properly, qualitatively, and fulfill that role as expected. However, we will always feedback to them the context in which we work, what we do for co-workers and what other activities might be required to realise the change they envisage.
Can we work together?
We know working together with clients we can develop far more relevant programmes that generate more value per invested Euro. We do not claim to know the customers’ organisation better than he or she does, but bringing together our expertise and their large experience base and know-how will inevitably generate a far superior result.

Counseling
Counseling is a form of co-operative exercise between our client and ourselves in which we openly discuss strengths and weaknesses of the organisation, the strategy and policy, or the implementation programmes, or specific issues. Both our client...
